Update : Blackfeet Community Site ^Launched

REGISTER NOW AT BLACKFEETCOMUNITY.COM

The Blackfeet Community Site ( www.blackfeetcommunity.com ) is scheduled to launch on May 17^th, 2010.   It is designed for Blackfeet to communicate with Blackfeet.  Some of it is viewable by the public, but only Blackfeet enrolled members / descendants / and Reservation community members can post and access certain features.

About 2,000 Blackfeet have already registered at www.blackfeetnation.com/register.html and they will be getting an email shortly.  If you haven’t registered yet, please do so now.  You can also register at the new site when it launches.

Features to include:

A social-networking site (pretty much the same features as Facebook) where Blackfeet  can create their own personal pages, including those running for the BTBC.

With elections coming, everyone wants to hear from the candidates, so what is nice about this section is that people can post in real time, with changes and comments showing up instantly.

Like Facebook, you’ll have a personal profile and/or business and profile photo.
