Blackfeet Reservation Vaccinations near 50%

“According to Public Information Officer James McNeely, in meeting with reps from Blackfeet Community Hospital and the Southern Piegan Health Center, approximately 4,500 vaccinations have been administered to residents of the Blackfeet Reservation, with around half of those having received both doses of the Moderna vaccine … Given a total Reservation population of around 10,000, with around 7,000 being adults, the current level of vaccination stands at nearly half. Nationally, West Virginia and Alaska are leading the way with statewide vaccinations, but they have only reached around 20% of their populations.”
