Location: Blackfeet Community Hospital

Date: Tuesday thru Friday, starting March 2, 2021

Time: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

• Already received a dose of COVID-19 vaccine
• Have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell or any other acute illness
• Received monoclonal antibody therapy during the last 3 months (such as bamlanivimab or regeneron)
• Are in quarantine or isolation for exposure to COVID-19
• Have a pending COVID-19 test
• Received any vaccine in the past 14 days
